SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TESTIMONY AND SUPPORT

It is occasionally the case that a planned project development process can be stopped by an interested party that sues the developer or regulatory agency. In that case it is often necessary for the developer or agency to explain the technical aspects of their case to a judge, arbitration panel or other non-technical parties. IES personnel can provide support to our clients both in their interaction with regulatory agencies and provide subject matter expert testimony for adjudicatory hearings.
